Pobyt w Residence 1905 w Katowice oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Świetna lokalizacja w centrum, wszędzie blisko, a sam apartament czysty, komfortowy i dobrze wyposażony. Wygodne łóżko i przyjemny wystrój sprawiają, że można naprawdę odpocząć. Duży plus za kontakt z właścicielem, zawsze pomocny, szybko odpowiada i dba o gości. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce na pobyt w Katowicach.

Wspaniałe miejsce do nocowania w Katowicach. W centrum miasta, a jednak na spokojnej ulicy. Blisko dworca kolejowego. Ładna kamienica. Pokoje z łazienkami. Bardzo czysto, ręczniki i pościel pachną świeżym praniem. Ładnie i wygodnie urządzone wnętrza. Miły i dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Będziemy tu wracać. Polecam 🙂

Mega fajne miejsce,ceny spoko właściciel z fajnym Vibe ,lokalizacja mega ,czysto i uczuciwie

A location just next to the vibrant centre, but without the party noise of e.g. Mariacka street. The apartments are located in an historical tenement house, since the 1905 in the name. They are renovated, but take into account the history of the building (e.g. oldschool tiles' style in the bathroom in the azulejo style or the faucet) and some features of the building are still preserved, starting from the facade and going through carved door glass. Kudos for the great manager of the property, always ready to help. Toiletries, including slippers available, as well as basic cooking equipment in larger apartments. I found the bed so so - pillows and the length of the bed (I have a 200 cm long bed at home and it was definitely shorter) may be inadequate for tall persons. But the rest was fine. A *lot* of dining options available nearby - restaurants, including the famous Żurownia just across the street, but also a Provencal restaurant, quite unusual in Poland, coffee and pizza parlors, convenience stores and a mini-market of one of French chains 100 metres away. Weekend breakfast options are offered in the same district (< 10 minutes walk), a larger selection in the centre (10-20 minutes walk) Please note: this is an old building and you hear your current neighbours coming back.
