The apartment was absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It had such a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The company provided outstanding service, with flawless communication and excellent value for money. When we return to Krakow, we will definitely choose one of these apartments again. What a gem of a hotel! We arrived later in the evening in the dark. Everything worked as it should. The code for the front door and the entry to our apartment are simple and effective. The place is immaculate. There is a massive amount of room for storage, which is really appreciated, especially after travelling for a long time when you want to really unpack and repack everything. there are lots of hangers in the closets There is coffee and a coffee press. The bathroom design is chic. Excellent lighting. And best of all the location is amazing right at Planty Park. Just a few minutes walk from the castle and near many wonderful, good restaurants and markets. I would certainly recommend this to my travelling friends.

Fragola Apartments correct address is 1 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudzkiego. It is located in a corner of the above street in junction with Straszewskiego Street where the entry door actually are. Also, a bit confusing, floor numbers corresponding with apartment numbers are inside the lift. All apartments have an easy access to. My apartment was very clean with all basic and necessary equipment including shower gel, washing up liquid, sugar, coffee, tea. There was also a small ironing board, iron, clothes dust roller. Bed was very comfortable. Two good size pillows and light but warm duvet. TV with few tv channels in Polish. Fridge was a little bit loud so I have turned it off. Big windows made the room look spacious and bright. Staff answered my emails with different enquiries straight away. Very good location with walkable distances to all major points around the city. There is a small shop downstairs and a great breakfast place called Przesada- delicious matcha and stunning “creamy eggs” Definitely recommend. I will be coming back

Wir haben hier ein Wochenende im Dezember verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Super gelegen um die Stadt zu erkunden, wenn man früher da ist kann man sein Gepäck an der Rezeption in der Stadt abgeben. Top. Wenn wir noch mal navh Krakau kommen....
