Garden Loftaf fair collection

Rooms look nicer than they are; loud fridge, a hole in shower floor filled with silicone covered with a rubber mat but what bothered me the most were decorative lights on the facade which made the room bright since curtains weren't blocking it out sufficiently. If you can get it for a good price still worth it especially considering the location.

The room was clean but the service was horrible. We had trouble with getting into the room and we did not receive the SMS needed for the code to get in. The support didn't pickup the phone and even after getting the right phone number (from a previous customer) the "virtual" receptionist had trouble sending us the details. This process took around 1 hour. Also even though the checkout time was 11AM in the mail. We were asked to leave at 10AM by the cleaning staff.

The view of our apartment was on the trash area and the trash smell reached to our room!!we couldn’t even open the windows and enjoy the nice weather due to this,the bed sheets weren’t clean they are full of hair and dust , their is no lobby and they don’t reply fast through the chat , their is curfew from 10pm to 6am we cant go out during these times since the door dont open during these times we booked the hotel during the new year and couldn’t go out for new years eve due to this. The luggage room is far from the apartments 20 mins . The security deposit was already charged before even reaching to the hotel and once we reached the hangers in the room were already broken. The water in the shower is either very hot or very cold becareful if you have children dont leave them alone in the toilet. The location is the only good thing
