When I first came to beautiful Krakow for my Erasmus program, the place I stayed at had acceptable value for money. However, the biggest downside was that there was no elevator, which made it difficult if you had a large or heavy suitcase. Overall, I still wish everyone a nice holiday.
Lovely small and friendly hostel in an apartment block in the centre of Krakow! Mostly female-only dorms (two of the three dorms were female only) which made me feel very safe as a solo traveler.|The staff were super friendly and people in the hostel were social without being too loud in the dorm rooms. Lovely communal living area/kitchen for people to eat/chat in.|Bathrooms were clean and okay, although mixed sex which is worth noting if you would prefer female only. Two toilets and two showers for 16 guests seemed reasonable.|Dorms are super private, curtain around the bed and plug sockets up on the top bunk. The locker under the bed was large enough to fit a small suitcase which I appreciate.
I had a fantastic stay here with my friends! The location was excellent - really near to amenities and all the city centre sights (within 10-15 minutes walk to most things). The accommodation had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable with curtains for privacy. They also have handy sockets by the beds so you can plug in and charge your devices easily, and under-bed lockers where you can store your belonging. The rooms were lovely and cosy, which was good since we were there over a chilly November weekend! I also met the host briefly, and he was very friendly and kind. Overall, I had a great experience and can recommend this hostel highly.
I really liked my stay in this hostel. It was in a great location and was very cozy. The showers were nice and warm, there is a common room with a kettle, microwave, dishes etc. so very useful. The bunk beds had also little curtains for privacy and a bed light and sockets for power cables.
