The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and even a welcome basket. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in ages.

Lovely place to stay

January 2026 - room 2/9 Never realised I couldn't leave an extra review so this has to class as an update! My second stay at the same place because it is local to everything and I have a feel for the area already. On arrival everything was as expected the message came through early with codes and room number etc but got here and box 2 was empty (9pm local time) I messaged and got a response saying I will get a reply between 8am and 8pm the following day. So no where to stay first night. But within 2 minutes I had a reply asking for a photo and was immediately given a different room and new codes. Outstanding to say the least. Downside is I paid for a superior double and ended up in a studio room. Not received any form of compensation or explanation as to what the differences are yet but have sent message on WhatsApp and will edit review to show their response once received. Was expecting same as before but nope this bed don't creak - vented bathroom. However there was a filthy dirty towel folded instead of 2 clean ones. The heating is capped off at 2 of 5 so there is no real heat. It keeps the ice off but you'll need thermals and both quilts to get some sleep. If 2 staying then you're going to be cold. And with only a small pillow each. Decor is same as other room very high standards and the usual tea coffee etc. The hand-wash/ shower gel seems very watery and doesn't lather so you need to use a lot to get a little result. I only using this as a base so no real plans on staying in all day. If you did you would be very cold 🥶 Customer service is the thing that makes this place shine. * needs 2 pillows * needs winter bedding * needs warmer heating Or don't stay in the cold months. September 2025 - room 8 I really really want to give it 5***** and I been struggling since I got here 3 days ago how to write this review. So will do pros and cons and then try and personalise it a bit Pros: Very tidy inside - very modern decor Amazing water pressure and hot too! Flatscreen TV with 'free' remote lols Tea coffee and sugar provided Modern storage / rack / wardrobe Rather spacious for 1 person Pleasant neutral colours Double glazed Very close to ALLA amenities literally Bus stops to all over krakow 6 min walk 4 shops in 5 min walk distance Bedding and towels provided Carpeted Cons: Awuly creaky everywhere Bed creaks and very hard to sleep 4 hours+ No fridge (booked for self catering) Only 2 bath towels for a week long stay 2 separate sets of windows - not DG Sockets hang away from wall slightly Carpet not fitted more laid as a rug (curls at edges) No bedside light or switch for ceiling light No vent in bathroom (cabinet draw swolen) No ac or vent in bedroom So noisy with street noise you either sweat or you wake to noise by 630 / 7am Outside this is only property not painted - there is appartments both sides of the road and neither are painted. Everywhere else is Pros and cons. Yes it's a positive review but it could be better. Shattered and laying down by 10pm (meant to be quiet time 10-6) and awake by 5 at the latest to street noise that's if you not disturbed by loud passers by or your neighbours. Absolutely stunning decor inside and is VERY modern black shower head. Bathroom beautifully tiled black switches and sockets. But creaky bed really kills it and in the summer no where for even a cold drink or milk for the coffee or tea. I will upload photos once I have packed but below is bathroom pics
